  • I came out to ski in winter park and could not find a boot that fit me. I am not a small guy and I went to 5… read more other places before I came into le feet. The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers. They took their time to ensure that everything fit properly and made sure it was comfortable. Thank you so much, you saved my trip and I can’t thank you enough.

The boot fitter was super informative and professional. I got some custom insoles made today and highly recommend this place. Very fair price for the insole and the bootfitter’s time.

I can’t recommend Le Feet Lab enough. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to a truly proper ski boot fitting. Skiing is what I love… read more to do most, and before Le Feet Lab, I found myself with miserable, cramping feet and had to unbuckle for every single lift ride. I went in to Le Feet Lab hoping for a fix to make my boots more tolerable, and ended up buying new boots, liners and custom insoles. Best money I’ve ever spent, no joke. I can literally ski bumps all day and never unbuckle my boots, and my boots are a pretty darn stiff flex. Plus, you will really appreciate what a proper fitting boot can do for your skiing…! If you were like me and your boots have never been quite right, do yourself a favor and go see Jackie (or Jacques, or Dan, or Garret) and love skiing again. Update: my heels weren’t staying down as snugly as I needed, so I went back in. They knew exactly what I was talking about, made a quick adjustment to the shell, and somehow I love my boots even more now than ever. Maybe you’re lucky and have the easiest feet to fit in the world, but if you’re anything like me, let Le Feet Lab take a look and change your life 🙂

  • This is my 7th full season on my Dalbello shells / Zip Fit Liners that Jacques personally fit for me. I’m an aggressive skier, 6’2, 220 lbs. … read more I don’t meet many people that ski faster. I have a house in Winter Park and normally get 30-45 days in per year. I like to spend a lot of time in the bumps and trees when conditions are right. I can tell you quite simply, these boots are the absolute best $900 you will spend. They will change how you ski. They will change how you feel after you ski. They will allow you to get the most out of the $1000 skis attached to your feet and they will come back day after day, without packing out and without developing hot spots. I seriously question the other reviews on this post. Winter Park is a small town. These reviews sound more like a disgruntled former employee than an actual customer. For instance, earlier this season, I stoppped by Jacques’ shop with the intention of purchasing new shells. After +/- 300 days, my black shells look like they went to war. Jacques took a look at them, made a few adjustments and told me I still had 1-2 seasons left. There was no charge. I was ready to drop $400 buck on shells but I’m still happily wearing what may be the ugliest boots on the mountain! If you’re looking to improve your skiing, decrease your chances of injury and get the most out of the engineering that went in to your skis – and your body – this is the absolute best way to go. My wife is on her fifth year on her Dalbello / Zip Fit boots and she tells people that Le Feet Lab changed her life. She was ready to give up on downhill skiing as she was always having boot issues. Not anymore. Yes. They’re expensive – but so is knee surgery or wasted ski passes because your feet hurt. These boots are an investment in your health, comfort and safety. You get what you pay for and when you consider what you get, these boots are a great investment. If I lost these boots, I would not even consider going to a ski shop and purchasing off the rack from a 24 year old boot fitter (no offense). I would head straight back to Le Feet Lab and purchase again – no question about it. Very highly recommended – and I am a real person, real customer – with no affiliation to the shop. My email is fort collin skier at gmail – (no spaces, obviously) – if you have any questions.

Two days skiing on new Dalbello Lupo SPs and after a few hours the inside of both heels felt like they were in a medieval torture device. Stopped in, no… read more appointment needed, and was fit with custom orthotics. I was skeptical that they alone would solve the problem, but the heel cups.could be expanded if the pain persisted. They worked better than expected. No pain after a whole day on skis! Thank you for great work, fast and at a fair price.

  • Update: My boots needed an adjustment and the wonderful staff at Le Feet hooked it up. She said that the plastic of my boots will adjust over time, but… read more adjustments are included in the initial purchase, so there was no charge. They always offer me an espresso or water during the adjustment. Absolutely a class act. I am so thankful! I am so incredibly grateful for the folks at Le Feet Lab. Skiing was so painful. My boots took the joy away from the experience. I was only getting about 3 runs in before I had to stop. Not any longer! They took over 2 hours to make sure my boots fit perfectly. I got the works. Was it kinda expensive?.. A bit. Was it worth every penny- yes! Would I do it again in a heartbeat? Absolutely! Thank you for the time, experience, and know-how to bring the joy back to skiing.

I bought a new pair of boots at Le Feet last winter and skied on them for three days then and one day this year. They just killed my feet.… read more I took them back and Dan resized and replaced the shell and since then they’ve been great! I’m so happy with the customer service.
