I have been back a couple times to address pressure points. The people that work in the store have been doing it for a long time and are good at it. I will not go anywhere else to get my boots fitted.

Normally after a day working on my ferry my back, legs and everything else hurts. since using her custom made insoles I still feel great at the end of the day! my only complaint is that I didn’t do this sooner! she worked pure magic for me. Her knowledge and dedication to doing it right the first time is amazing! I’ll be sending my husband in soon! I went in with severe limb length discrepancy… read more and dorsiflexed left foot. Skiing in regular boots was excruciating and I couldn’t get past greens. Jacqueline and Dan took such good care of me. I started out with different shells and liners and after another painful ski day they switched out boots and liners and made tons of adjustments. I could finally ski without taking the boots off and massaging my feet after every run. Went in on a third day for a minor adjustment and now my boots feel like slippers but super supportive and adjustable! I am so happy!
